I've been using this product for years, and I would highly recommend it. But recently I started to get what I thought were defective bottles. Two 12-bottle orders, all defective. The body wash is grey instead of white, difficult to wash off, and has an obnoxious chemical smell. Certainly not fragrance-free. Then I ordered 12 bottles from another supplier, and they happened to be from four different lots. 11 of them were defective, but one was OK. When I looked more carefully, the 11 bad ones all said "New Formula", while the one good one didn't. Apparently, this is another case where the manufacturer decided to take a great product and try to improve it further, completely ruining it in the process. Like New Coke, this one's a failure.
