It smells like a mix of pine sol and Campho pheniqie that I used as a child. Slightly medicinal yet smells earthy at the same time. Seems to really clean well.Works well, clean hands after washing.Great for disinfecting your hands but it leaves a strong after-smell.Exelent product! Have been using Detol products for 45 years!
