I purchased these shoes last fall after a knee injury made tying shoes on my own a somewhat impossible task. Having never heard of Propet, I hoped they'd be sturdy and comfortable. Well, I have worn them nearly every day for the last six months, and they have held up fantastically.They are comfortable, and most importantly, very easy to pull on and off. The neoprene at the top of the shoe makes it possible to step into them without bending over at all. They have also been very stable -- I haven't felt any tendency for them to roll to the sides. Traction has been good when I've run into snow. Finally, I'm a big guy, and pretty hard on shoes -- and these look nearly as good today as when I bought them. I normally have to buy much more expensive shoes to get this level of durability.My only regret is that these don't come in a dark brown that I could get away with wearing to work -- I'm going to have to find a dressier substitute for when I can't use my knee as an excuse anymore!
