I love how this face wash makes my face look, especially with my rosacea. Always check with your doctor/dermatologist, but I’ve been nothing but pleased!I have hormonal acne and oily skin and scalp, and even flakey scalp and ears, maybe due to a skin yeast overgrowth, not sure. I read tea tree can help. I have tried every acne product imaginable, including stinky sulphur soap bars, tar soap, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, tea tree oil itself, and all the dandruff shampoos out there and this has topped them all! My daughter brought some when she traveled from of state for a visit. I used it and it kept my acne under control, mostly, and my skin stays less oily. My scalp I am still struggling with, but I know that can be mostly hormones and vitamins I need to balance in my body. I have read that lots of people with acne, may have either issues with yeast overgrowth and or mites, in addition to other issues. Not sure exactly what my cause is(although I know gut and hormones problems are partly to blame). Anyway, this helps a bunch and I feel the tea tree tingle, which is not too overpowering, but enough that it feels like it is getting deep in my pores. I also use in my scalp. If you are not super oily skinned, or do not have acne or dandruff, I would not use this product as it does dry you out significantly. Use a good moisturizer when you use this wash. Somedays I only use once a day, as it keeps my oil controlled after one wash.You really feel clean after you use it on your face, And your skin feels wonderful.I have blepharitis, which basically means the oil glands in my eyelids get clogged and can cause swollen itchy eyes. Certain products (sunscreen for example) would really exacerbate the problem, it got to the point that I couldn't use most products on my face. This not only doesn't bother my eyes, it has made it so that I can use any other product again without irritation! I was at the point of not being able to use sunscreen at all, even on my body, because it would eventually get on my hands and then my face. Now I can spray sunscreen directly into my face (which I know isn't recommended) without issue. I've tried so many things and am so relieved to have finally (3+ years of looking) found a solution. I can wear sunscreen again without spending several days afterwards with swollen eyes! If anyone else is having similar issues, I would definitely try this face wash.It does also work as intended, it's really refreshing and my face feels really clean afterwards and I haven't had a problem with acne. The one bad thing I would note is that it is really watery and I do seem to waste a bit because of that.I have always had horrible breakouts until i started using this product. You can see amazing results in just one use. On my forehead I've constantly dealt with acne but after I make it suds up on my face and then rinse right after, i wake up in the morning and my acne has shrunk and began to heal. I personally use this product side by side with a shea moisture charcoal face wash to finish the job. Having used many other face washes before and either breaking out or seeing no results, you can trust me when I say this product works! - The ONLY downside is when traveling with the bottle, although having a "lock feature" the bottle still tends to leak so i recommend putting it in a bag before inserting into suitcase. -Thanks for reading!it's nice that now i can order online than going to trader joe's to buy it. saves lot of time.This prevents my normal break out problems. I have tried 15+ different facil washes/scrubs/masks etc for my acne with no avail. I’ve never had acne in my life, and then I had a baby and my face just exploded! The hormones, paired with the breastfeeding hormones, just ruined my face. I would get very painful deep, cystic acne. A friend recommended the Trader Joe’s teatree wash and it completely blew me away. After about 2 weeks my face is completely clear. No new zits forming either! It does get a little dry after multiple uses, so I pair it with a little coconut oil for moisture and all is perfect. If you haven’t tried this, it’s DEFINITELY worth it!!!!Side note: the photo is the night before I started using the wash on the left, and about 2.5 weeks after on the right. I am also a very freckley person FYI.
